The value for money at this hotel is amazing. You get so much for such a reasonable price. The rooms are clean and modern with a nice big balcony to relax on. Plus, the location is just a short walk down to the beach, which is perfect for lazy days under the sun. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are all there. And let's not forget the breakfast, which is tasty and satisfying. this hotel is a great choice for a budget-friendly beach getaway.

Sunny friendly always smiling staff, very helpful! Suitcase was even brought to the room (3rd floor). Although situated on the small main road in Kata, quiet location! No loud bar or anything in the neighborhood. 5-10 minutes to the beach!
Breakfast very poor and overpriced. You can do without it.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was very close to the beach and just a short walk away. the room and bathroom were clean and modern, with comfortable bedding. the staff were friendly and accommodating and the hotel restaurant had good, affordable food.
There were some minor issues with the amenities, such as a noisy AC unit or unreliable Wifi.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the beach. The staff were lovely and attentive, always ready to assist me with any requests. The basic amenities provided in the room were great, and I especially appreciated the spacious balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. The location was perfect, just a short walk down to the beach, allowing me to easily access the beautiful shores.
Some minor improvements could be made, but overall everything was satisfactory.

the location of the hotel was great as it was away from the busy main road but still within walking distance to the beach and local attractions.
The noise from the nearby street was quite loud, especially in the front rooms. there was no assistance offered to carry our luggage up the stairs, which was difficult for us as we had a large bag.

Spending xmas in was amazing! The staff was very attentive and always made sure we were comfortable. The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes from the beach and close to great restaurants and bars. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for our stay, including a beautiful view from the balcony. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast and the variety of food offered.
There were also a few negatives to our stay. The AC was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep at night.
